In Real Life I’m the author of the osCommerce Manuals series of books, and a website consultant for osCommerce, CRE Loaded, Zen Cart, Magento and other eCommerce stores. I love helping non-technical people get their ideas online. I hate technical jargon and think it’s the refuge of insecure people.
